A brief history...

WE Packaging Incorporated was founded by shrink packaging veteran Mark Young. Mark got his start in the industry as a packaging machine assembler for one of the largest manufactures of shrink packaging machines. As time went by, Mark was tasked with more and more responsibilities, including being sent on technician calls.

Suddenly, there was a shake-up at his employer’s company, and many of employees left unexpectedly. Mark stepped up to the plate by learning more and more aspects of the business, including handling electrical wiring duties, parts inquiries, and tech support calls. When his employer moved to a larger facility, there was only one person that they trusted to oversee shop operations – the same person who had continually stepped up to the plate, Mark Young.

As time went by, Mark realized he had gone as far up the corporate ladder as he could go as an employee. He knew that his only option to move upward would be to go out on his own and start his own company. Using his years of experience and hard work ethic as his guides, Mark started WE Packaging Incorporated. Mark’s knowledge of the shrink packaging industry has helped him successfully guide his business. This knowledge also insures that his business will only carry parts and supplies that are time tested and proven.
